H&M skirt and shoes / Fox's top Shop Similar Some blouses are meant to be worn over and over again and that is exactly what I plan to do with this one.  I got it from Fox's of Ridge-wood, an amazing store that I don't visit as much as I would like because if I did, I would probably be broke LOL   I can easily dressed it up or even wear it with denim cutoffs. Forever 21 top, overalls and bag / H&M shoes Shop Similar I have been a big fan of overalls ever since I can remember, but unfortunately since I wasn't blessed with a Kim K behind it's very hard for me to find one that fits good and doesn't make it look flatter.  When I saw this one at F21 I tried it on 3 different sizes,  just to find the one that fit all over.  This one is skinny fit and thank God for that lol I also wanted to dressed up a bit, so I wore it with a lace top and lace slides.  The lace gives the outfit a feminine touch combined with a pale pink lip and soft hair waves. xo, Yaudy Cristina

Happy Memorial Day! If you live in the US you are probably off work today and enjoying a weekend away. I went to the beach yesterday and even though it was breeze I enjoyed the day so much  that didn't even want to return home LOL I had a very productive May here on the blog and can't wait to start June strong.  I still have a couple of outfits for this week and hopefully will incorporate more recipes and lifestyle posts in the upcoming monts.   xo, Yaudy Cristina

Rainbow Shops top / Forever 21 mom jeans and shoes / Calvin Klein bag via TJ Maxx Shop Similar Everything in fashion comes back, modern and up with the times, but it comes back.  I remember wearing "mom" jeans when I was younger and I kind of hated them. Back then they didn't fit properly and the whole look felt just off. But, fast forward to 2017 and OH MY!   I am in love with my mom jeans, so in love I got them in two different shades. We had hotter days last week so I paired my mom jeans with an off the shoulder top and slides for a day spent at the mall. No shopping, just went to there for the air conditioner, free WiFi and a smoothie LOL

Old Navy shirt / H&M skirt / Prabal Gurung for Target pumps Shop Similar I've never being one to shy away from wearing colorful pieces, the more color I wear the happier I feel. The pop of color gives the outfit that extra kick of fun, specially when worn in a "office" environment.  A lot of the corporate folks I know wear black all the time, and even though there is nothing wrong with wearing a darker color pallet, it's fun to once in a while make it a but brighter. I try to brighten things up specially around the warmer months. This pencil skirt is the perfect length, and the perfect fit. Worn with a chambray shirt, and printed pumps it's an outfit that can easily be taken from the 9-5 to happy hour with coworkers.  xo, Yaudy Cristina

Who What Wear for Target blouse / H&M skirt / Lulu's vest / Wild Diva shoes  Shop Similar Happy Thursday Friends!!! we are a day closer to Friday and I couldn't be happier about it, I have a weekend pack of activities specially looking forward to Sunday. On Sunday a couple of friends and I are walking the AIDS walk and after that we will probably hangout in the city. I am always up for spending time in NYC, I love everything about New York :) On to this cute little number I wore to work the other day, I am in love with polka dots I guess I get that from my mother. I remember she would wear polka dots a lot and since then my obsession began.  I found this blouse at Target from the Who What Wear Collection and it went perfectly with this older skirt I had from H&M.  I added the vest and flats and a pop of color with my hot pink lip gloss. xo, Yaudy Cristina

I always love wearing all black, specially on days that I am not sure what to wear.  It is the easiest to pull off and you can pretty much wear any color accessories you want.  If you read my last post, you know how much I love Levi's. Forever 21 jacket / Zara sweater / Levi's jeans / Wanted flats / Express bag Shop Similar When I bought this jacket seven years ago,  I never imagined how much I would love it and how many times I would wear it.  This floral bomber is the one piece I reach for most of the times when I need to add color and femininity to my outfits.  I wore this outfit on Friday for lunch with a friend who I have not seen since high school.  needles to say, we had an awesome time and promise to keep in touch. Going back to my outfit and my jeans, these pair of Levi's is my favorite.  I have always been a Levi's girl even though I own other brands, there is something about a good old pair of Levi's that I can't compare to any other jeans I own.  These are the 721's and I highly recommend you buy yourself a pair lol xo, Yaudy Cristina

Mandee sweater / TJ Maxx jumpsuit / Call It Spring shoes / Calvin Klein bag Shop Similar It has been absolutely beautiful outside, but with that come the famous allergies and the awkward sneezing and watery eyes and all the explanations you need to tell people when they assume you have the flu lol But that didn't stop me from looking descent to the office. I mentioned before how much I love this jumpsuit, it just fits prefect. This time I ditched the blazer for a long cardigan and added peep toe block heel sandals. I was very cautions not to ruin this cape blazer because it has become a favorite. Charlotte Russe top / Express skirt / Payless heels Shop Similar One of my favorite views will always be the NY skyline. Every-time I see it I find it more and more beautiful.   I was working around the area last week and of course I passed by and stared at it for a good hour. I guess it helps me relax and dream of maybe one day moving to the big apple. I wore a high waisted midi skirt with a cropped top to the office. For some that might not be appropriate but that is the beauty about a good high waist piece, it does not show any skin and done like this it is, in fact, appropriate. Maxx / Francesca's bag Shop Similar This past Sunday I attended a brunch at MT Fuji Japanese Steak House and it was an amazing experience. I was there once before for dinner and did the whole hibachi styled dinning but this time it was different. They had a buffet set up and a variety of delicious food to pick from. The place outside is beautiful with amazing views of upstate NY. I wanted to be comfortable so I went with a maxi skirt. I am a big fan, specially of the prints because they remind me of the 90's styles I used to wear back then.  It was a bit chili out so I had to wear a faux leather jacket and finished the look with nude sandals. xo, Yaudy Cristina

Zara blouse / Forever 21 skirt, shoes and sunnies / Francesca's bag Shop Similar Can you guys believe that it is already May 2nd?  This year is flying by and even though I love Summer I don't want it to come too  fast. Spring and May are my favorite times of the year (besides Christmas) and since I don't get allergies I am able to stay outside as long as I want specially looking at the beautiful scenery in this park I discovered Saturday.  We walked around the park and then just sat by the water fountain and enjoyed the view.  I am loving all jean skirts!!  I own a couple but this one has to be the one I reach out for the most. The front buttons gives it that 70's feel, styled with buckle flats, floral top and fringe bag definitely bring the outfit up to today's fashion. Forever 21 dress, kimono, slides and sunnies  / Who What Wear for Target bag Shop Similar For the next couple of posts you guys are going to see my obsession with Cherry trees.  Maybe this year I am finally taking the time and smelling the roses lol They are everywhere and I love it!! I wore this outfit on Friday to go help one of my friends shop for a upcoming event he is having.  I really enjoyed the shopping experience and actually got to shop at Kohl's for the first time (hard to believe right? lol)  He found two pair of pants, a sports blazer, a shirt and a pair of shoes for a very reasonable price and the best part was he then helped me take my blog pictures :) Now on to my outfit... I am seriously having a moment with kimonos, it was very hot and kind of humid on Friday but I stayed cooled.  Kimonos are a versatile piece that can even be style as a cover up at the beach.  This one goes with a lot of pieces I already own and if it keeps m
