Paris in September

I love easy Sundays! I called them easy when all I have to do is get ready and go enjoy the day.  Every Sunday my husband and I cook a big breakfast at home and since it was a beautiful day we decided to hit the town. I gave my feet a rest from heels and was comfortable all day wearing my converse.  Every time I wear them, I feel like a kid all over again. They are the most comfortable shoes I own. You will probably think I'm crazy and wonder why am I wearing a sweater dress in such a beautiful Spring day? Well my fashionistas here in Jersey it's still cold, better yet one day is warm the next cold and to make a long story short it's hard to pick what to wear.  I went out with some of my girlfriends for dinner and this is what I wore.  I bought this sweater dress a couple of months ago and completely forgot about it.  Despite the sweater material it has a soft feel to it.  I styled it with a belt and high heels. There are many different ways this dress can be styled, you can wear a scarf, statement necklace, boots in the colder seasons.  Because grey is neutral it can also be combine with other colors, I opted for brown and wore minimal accessories, only a necklace and bracelet. My mom lives in Colombia so for me Mother's Day consists of a call and sending money so she can buy what her heart desires.  But that doesn't stop me from making a list of the things I would get for her if she was living here with me.  I put together this list of things I know my mother will enjoy, hopefully all of you did your shopping already but if not, maybe this will help. When I buy a gift for someone I always think about what they like and also things they will use so underneath every picture I will explain why I thought about this for my mom. Hello everyone! For the past month I have been posting my favorite Instagrams pictures on Fridays, but I have decided to do something a little different this week.  Going forward I will post the insta pics on Thursdays and starting next Friday I will post a full coverage of my everyday office looks.  Since I work in an office environment I figured it will be helpful to incorporate those outfits on here, as well as my weekend looks. Hope everyone enjoyed the weekend as much as I did :)   I was extremely happy because I got the chance to take my new Express sandals out for a spin.  I am fascinated with neon colors.  I just wish the weather will warm up soon and these cold sunny days will turn into sunny warm days.
