That moment when you shop your closet and find gems that you either forgot you bought or just items you haven't worn in a long time.  This dress is one of them! I forgot how adorable the off the shoulder style is and how comfortable this dress feels.   A dress is my go to style for the warmer weather and I cannot wait to wear this one again with sandals. Always play dress up my favorite t-shirt. What is the one thing helping you cope with this times? Happy Saturday friends! So, we have had a few beautiful Sundays here and I have been taking full advantage.  Not being able to go out as much as I would like, it is a treat when the weather during the weekend is sunny and bright. who else loves jumpsuits?  But hates going to the bathroom when wearing them?  Jumpsuits are so easy to style and very comfortable to wear.  I dressed it up for the office with this snake printed blouse and added pumps and socks staying with the same color palette. I have always been a fan of balloon sleeves and when I discover Shein had so many options at such a good price, I couldn't resist.  The pink on this blouse is so vibrant and happy that I wore it as soon as I received it. Happy Sunday! Here are just a few things that are getting me thru this quarantine . Doing my nails maybe like two times a week.  I usually do my own and only go to the salon once a month to clean and shape them, but given the circumstances I might just keep doing my own manicure until things really and I mean really come to normal. Getting outside every chance I get.  This one has been very important for my mind and my health.  Obviously staying away from other people and washing my hands as soon as I get back home.   My room!  It is the most peaceful room in my home. I am a big breakfast fan specially on the weekend and since I cannot go to the restaurant and sit there I decided to make my own.  I love cooking so this one was a new brainier. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ I am however still working, so that still makes me have a sense of normalcy during the week and the majo

The world is hurting right now my world once again is changing.   I thought that once something major happens to you, you are good for at least a decade.  Boy I was wrong. I have had several things happened that made me change the way I see life.  For starters, I was sent here to the US when I was 11 years old, that right there marked me for life.  Then, I get the brilliant idea to get married and well, that ended with a broken heart and a new perspective on the future.  After that I had stroke and if you think that I was done, I get diagnosed with a hole in my heart that was closed with surgery while I was wide awake. Then 2019 came and I met anxiety.  She did not want to leave me alone, until one day I woke up and kicked her out to the curb. That is my story so now you can understand why in my little crazy mind I was sure that I was done for a while.  Then came Covid. I am blessed that I am healthy and that I am surrounded by people who love me, specially Ryan. Y

The only good thing about this quarantine obviously is that we don't get sick, but the next best thing is I can privately hide the bad haircut I got right before everything shut down LOL   Looking back at these pictures just reminded me how nice my hair was growing and I loved that I can put it up in a bun so easily. I promised myself I would let my hair grow from now on!  Not too long but long enough to at least do this hairdo.
