Holiday Colors... Is there anyone who doesn't like leopard print?  I don't think so LOL This outfit was a spare of the moment thought,  when I could not figure out what to wear and wanted to wear these pants so bad, but the top I was looking for was dirty type of moment. So, I decided to pile on all the leopard print I own and I am not one bit mad as how the look turned out. I have been so into this type of style pant. Super comfortable and wearable I want to wear them everyday.  These pants are a recent purchase, but everything else has been sitting in my closet forever. Hope you guys have an amazing weekend! I am back in the office after almost two and a half years!!    Still cannot wrap my head around how my life changed these last few years.  I was craving seeing other people and having conversations with all those who I have missed so much.  Of course my outfit had to be perfect and even though it was freezing last month, I decided to wear a cropped blazer and faux leather pants for my return. How are you feeling about Fall? For once I am excited I can't wait to get all my sweaters and jeans out and start doing all the amazing Fall activities I have made traditions.  I am excited to start adding that extra layer whether would be a jean jacket, a sweater or bomber jacket like the one here.  Also excited to wear dresses with boots or sneakers and sweaters with skirts and boots.  So many options!  and I guess you can tell how much I love sweaters haha I have a few activities planned out starting with seeing sunflowers this weekend. This sweater had me at hello with that ruffle collar! Some clothes just take my breath away LOL I can't be the only one right?  I got this sweater at one of my favorite stores.  Fox of Ridgewood here in NJ the place to find unique pieces and pretty much the most beautiful fashion jewelry you have ever seen.  Can't wait to style this sweater again with my denim skirt and my white boots.  Since the weather is still on the colder side I think it would make a cool, transition outfit. When you need to take the time off and wear a cute jumpsuit! A couple of months ago I felt burnt out.  I needed to take some time off and do something I love.  I grabbed my boyfriend and dog and we drove to  Lambertville NJ.  A little charming town I always wanted to visit it was the best thing we did!!  We explored the town I did some shopping (of course) and ate lunch in the car, but I am not complaining haha   During this crazy times taking time off it is necessary.  Anxiety is something I suffered for a while now and I am glad I can somehow control it. I got dressed up in this amazing Gap jumper I found at T.J. Maxx paired with Zara square toe boots and a hat.  Also added red lips because like I always say "lipstick makes everything better". I have never seen bigger flares than this LOL.... An outfit inspired by Emily In Paris.. . I saw the show and felt in love with the fashion.  I loved how colorful her character was dressed and also loved seeing a city that I hold very closed to my heart. If you haven't watch it, check it out in Netflix. In one of the episodes she wore a cropped blazer and a blouse with a super fun collar.  I just had to recreate it.  I paired mine with jeans and flats.   I have a few more looks inspired by the show along with some Carrie Bradshaw ones.  I don't know if you have heard but the queen is coming back to HBO and I cannot wait! xo, Yaudy Cristina    Shop Similar

I have always been a renter it wasn’t until recently that my boyfriend decided to purchase a house.  Then all the new knowledge began along with some unexpected headaches that are part of home ownership.  Thankfully he is very hands on and knows how to do a lot of these things on his own, but he also has great resources if need be to call professionals. Here are the most important things we have learned since starting the process and all the things we kept an eye on before he committed to a house. Know your location I have heard this thousand of times. Location! Location! Location!   This is super important, especially if you are somebody like me that likes to go out and sometimes driving is not ideal.   It was very important for me he found a house close to public transit.   Since we live so close to NYC it is always nice to go in and spend the day, but it is so hard to find parking in those busy streets, taking the bus or train is ideal.   I needed ...

The two biggest sale days of the year...... I have never been out shopping the Black Friday sales.  To be honest the madness kind of stresses me.  This year I have learned to love online shopping more than anything.  Yes- I like touching the items I am buying and trying them on, but sometimes comfort shopping is best.  Just a click away! And this year I learned to appreciate what I already have.... I can't believe that Thanksgiving is tomorrow.  As hard as this year has been I came to the realization that we must be happy for all we have in the present and stop always acknowledging what we did not achieve.  I learned a lot about myself the last couple of months and as cheesy as it sounds I feel blessed.  I know holidays are different this year for a lot of us. Some are going on with their business and some like me are taking precautions.  I know better days are coming and I will reunite with my family I have no doubt that God has a plan, he always does. I will take vintage anytime... During my shopping career (yes, I call it that LOL) I have learned to appreciate the beauty of vintage.  There is something fascinating not knowing what you will find once you enter the store.  I have found a few pieces I cherish, but my favorite at the moment is this Burberry blazer I got at Vintage On First.  A beautiful store in Hoboken, NJ that carries some amazing pieces. I immediately knew how I was going to wear this a tribute to that little girl who was always best dressed at school and learned the power of a great blazer at 13 years old.  This was it!  If you grew up in the 90's you know this type of outfits were all over.  Leggings and a blazer and call it a day fast forward to 2020 minus the dark lip liner and nude lips I felt like a blast from the past. I found a new love for sneakers!!! If there is one thing I don't miss has to be wearing heels.  I put my feet thru so much pain wearing uncomfortable shoes almost every day that they are probably thanking me right now because I am letting them breath.  I still wear some heels, but not those pumps that look good but are extremely uncomfortable.
