Paris in September

Cut-outs are my favorite! Fashion always comes back.  There will always be blazers and shoulder pads.  If I knew that back in 1991, I would have never thrown away my clothes LOL  This blazer is super unique and the cut-out detail is just fabulous. One of the many things I love about Summer is how easy it is to get dressed.  A pair  of shorts, top and sandals and you are all set.  These pair of shorts I cut myself.  I have collected a few vintage Levi's jeans in different sizes and when I feel like making new shorts, I cut them.  If you don't know yet, the Levi's men fit better than the women ones.  Specially for long legged gals like me.  I paired them with a tube top I got at H&M ages ago and a thrifted crochet vest.  Added a braided head band and cute pair of earrings and I was ready to go. Levi's jeans/ASOS blazer/Charlotte Russe boots/Top from a boutique in Dover NJ Wearing this blouse made me realize that I need a trip to Disney.  I have not been since I was like 14 years old!   The moment I purchased this top, I knew that I wanted to pair it with this blazer.  Mixing prints is something I love to do, and this combo just looked perfect together.  I added the boots to make it more of a mix, and this pair is super comfortable.  I got them a couple of years back at Charlotte Russe and every time I wear them I missed that store so much, since they closed all of them around my area. Urban Outfitters jumper / Levi's jacket / Ste Madden sandals / Rebecca Minkoff bag    My birthday month is here!!! A little sad that the "unofficial" end of Summer is here, but I am so happy the birthday celebrations have begun. Zara top/Levi's jeans/Express sandals/F21 belt   I don't know what it is with me and jeans, but wearing them is when I feel more comfortable. I own too many pairs but I can't never have enough! And in my defense I always purchase them on sale.  These ones I got last year when Levi's was having a major sale and I scored them for $29.  The 501's are my favorite, they are high wasted, cropped and make my behind look a bit more full. Forever 21 jacket/Levi's jeans//Zara shoes/Bag from T.J. Maxx Spring is finally here.  The flowers are blooming and the allergies are in full force lol I have been searching cherry trees the same way I searched for this bag.  Little did I know, that I would find it at TJ Maxx for a fraction of the price.   I wanted to make this post all about the bag but when I couldn't find my denim jacket,  I had to add a little animal print to the mix.  Talking about cheery trees...  I can't wait to go to Branch Brook Park this weekend! I tried going last year, but it was so busy I couldn't even find parking and just turned around and went home.
