Trader Joe's Simply Seasoned Tuna Burger

Image
Being inside the house a whole day due to snow, you either binge on a TV show or binge on bad snacking and eat everything there can possibly be in your refrigerator. That was me yesterday!! But since I have been eating cleaner and I knew the storm was coming I made sure I still ate, but healthy. Here is an easy, delicious, fast meal I prepared myself for lunch. What you need: 1 tuna burger 1 bag of the Dole Chopped Poppy Seed salad kit 1 tbsp of EVOO Red onion (amount desire) Dry oregano to taste ************************************************* Heat the oil on a frying pan and place the tuna burger 3 to 4 minutes on each side, adding the desired amount of oregano. On the same oil sauteed the red onion. On a salad bowl mixed the salad, dressing, seeds and dried cranberries. That is it!!! xo, Yaudy Cristina

Trying to find something fast and easy to cook is sometimes hard specially with my husband's crazy schedule I have to make sure he always has a hot meal before he heads out to work since it's hard for him to even find time to eat during work.  Last week I bought a bag of frozen shrimps and I had no idea what I was going to cook with them. In an effort to make different dishes buying the shrimp was a first for me, but I couldn't wait to play with them lol  Thankfully I found this recipe  and I was good to go. Fast and easy! perfect for a Summer dinner. xo, Yaudy
