A couple of weeks ago Ryan and I decided to get creative and completely change an older piece of furniture he got from his parents.  We had no idea how it was going to turn out, but I think we didn't do so bad. Have you ever heard of chalk paint?  I have never heard of it, until one of our friends mentioned it.  It is the easiest to apply and  as you can see, it transforms any color! If you have never been to Cartagena, Colombia you are missing out.  Not only because it's a beautiful city, but just so you know, Colombia is one of the happiest countries in the world. I went to visit my parents in October and we took a day trip to Cartagena. We walked, ate and just overall had a blast.  My city is only 2 hours away, so I did not stay at any hotels. But I hear the hotels in the old city are great.    This charming city is on my list to visit again, because one day was not enough to enjoy all it has to offer. xo,  Yaudy Cristina
