Yeah of course I wish the weekend was longer, but unlike pretty much everyone I know, I see the start of a new week with a different light. Kimonos, what can I say about kimonos? well, they are a great layering piece and can be worn with pretty much anything. I have worn this one a couple of times (but it has been in my closet for over 5 years) the reason why you are seeing all this clothes now, it is because now I plan outfits a head of time and plan not only one outfit, but like three with the same piece. BTW I am going on a shopping freeze again. Last time I did that over Winter I not only save money, but used pieces that were collecting dust on my hangers LOL xo, Yaudy Cristina

Zara skirt and shoes / H&M top  Shop Similar Happy Friday Everyone!! This week flew by and I can't believe the year is half gone. I want to get as much use as I can of my Summer clothes, but it seems the time is just passing by and I don't even realize it. I bought this skirt last month at Zara and so far I've only worn it this time for the office. I need to wear it again and again!! It is so comfortable and flattering that if I could I would just wear it everywhere LOL On another note, I apologize for the lack of posts. Forever 21 jacket /  H&M tank top and jeans / American eagle shoes / Dor L Dor bag Shop Similar This past Saturday I had the opportunity to attend my first Monster Jam. I wasn't sure of what to wear and if I was even going to like it, but I went and enjoyed every minute of it! Everyone was so pumped, I think the adults were more excited to be there than the kids lol The show ran for about 4 hours and I still don't understand how they kept score or who actually won, but the most important thing was the cool experience and the good time. I decided on wearing a comfortable outfit.   Jeans, denim jacket and tank top.  It was very humid out so it worked perfect for the occasion. A couple of drinks, some french fries, loud trucks and I was happy! xo, Yaudy Cristina

Zara dress / Image boots / H&M earrings / Nars lips in Jungle Red Shop Similar dresses When the wind works in your favor, you just take advantage... It was so windy last Saturday when I took this pictures, that I thought none of them will be good. After an hour of trying to get a few good ones I just decided to stand in the same direction as the wind and it worked!  I found this beauty at Zara and it was the last one in my size. I have been eyeing it for the longest time, but since was over my "monthly spending budget" I kept on passing it.  I finally purchased it and I love it. I added yellow colored earrings and these denim booties I got when I was in Texas at Image. another amazing store  that I only wish one day will open here in Jersey. Happy Friday! xo, Yaudy Cristina

Zara top and shoes / Forever 21 pants Shop Similar Is it me or Zara has been on point with their new items lately? I found this blouse two weeks ago, when I went to the mall just to look lol I couldn't pass it, I mean come on look at it.  I wore it to the office last week and pretty much everyone complimented me. I thought it was going to be hard to pull this look off at the office but  I took a chance and I think it work.   Next this beauty will be worn on the weekend and I can't wait to start planing how I will style it. "A Sunday well spent brings a week of content" I am lucky enough to live in a state were we have four seasons.  I have my months of hating the cold weather, but before all that arrives, there is Fall and all of its fun activities.  During Winter I really don't do much, but once Spring and Summer make their entrance, I become a different person. This weekend was one of the first hotter ones of the season, and I spent  the day walking around Hoboken enjoying the sunshine at the Music and Art Street Festival, finishing my day eating a lobster roll and drinking a cocktail at pier 13.   Hope you had a lovely weekend! Zara blouse / H&M jeans / F21 sandals / Thelvrshop earrings Shop Similar Have you ever purchased something and loved it so much that you wear it many times in one week?  I did! This Zara blouse became my favorite item and in a week I wore it three times LOL It wraps around the waist and it's cropped. I wore it with jeans, a denim skirt and shorts, but I am sure I can somehow style it for the office.
