Chalk Painting Night










A couple of weeks ago Ryan and I decided to get creative and completely change an older piece of furniture he got from his parents.  We had no idea how it was going to turn out, but I think we didn't do so bad.

Have you ever heard of chalk paint?  I have never heard of it, until one of our friends mentioned it.  It is the easiest to apply and  as you can see, it transforms any color!

We still have some other pieces to paint and I just can't wait.  It has no smell and it dries in less than 20 minutes.

Drive-In

Old Navy shirt /Forever 21 shorts & earrings/Michael Kors sandals via T.J. Maxx /H&M bag/ Ulta lips in #236 My husband and I went to see a movie at the drive-in theater this past Saturday. It was my first time going and I really enjoyed it. Since we were going to be in the car, comfort was on my mind when I got dressed and thank God I brought a blanket the temperature dropped down to 60 degrees by the time we left.   Since comfort was on my mind, these shorts were the perfect pick. Paired with my chambray top, sparkly earrings and my new T.J Maxx find (sandals I got for a fraction of the price) was the perfect comfy look to sit in my car for two and a half hours.
