Midweek Pick Me Up:: Nature Walk


This time of year is by far my favorite one. Taking longs walks in the park help not only with exercise but also are mentally healing, the smell of fresh cut grass and the river for some reason relax me and help me forget at least for that period of time everything that is going on in life.
This past Saturday my friend Mary and I took a long 6 mile walk. The day was beautiful and we just didn't stop.

Looking forward to more walks this coming Summer!
